Responsibilities
- Own design, analysis, and development of ignition systems for various thrusters.
- Conduct analysis and testing to ensure hardware performance meets specifications.
- Prepare, plan, and execute tests, including high-voltage spark generators and torch hotfires.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver integrated systems.
- Resolve technical issues with innovative solutions.
- Lead technical projects and manage spaceflight hardware.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science.
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace propulsion.
- Proficiency in fluids, thermodynamics, heat transfer, mechanics, and materials.
- Hands-on experience with fluid, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
- Ability to perform system trades and project ownership.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment (preferred).
- Proficiency in CAD software and excellent communication skills.
