Responsibilities

  • Design and build fluid, mechanical, and electrical test systems for spacecraft testing.
  • Collaborate with teams across propulsion, vehicle, avionics, integration, and manufacturing.
  • Perform test setup, hardware inspections, checkouts, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct test operations for rapidly developing hardware for spaceflight.
  • Take project ownership and work effectively in a small team.
  • Utilize hands-on experience with fluid or mechanical systems.
  • Work on-site in Redondo Beach, CA or Mojave, CA.

Job Requirements

  • Recent completion or pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
  • Demonstrated ability to take project ownership.
  • Hands-on experience with fluid or mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of components such as valves, regulators, sensors, and power supplies.
  • Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, electromechanical, or optomechanical test equipment.
  • Prior experience in propulsion development and/or testing.
  • Willingness to work overtime hours as needed.
