Responsibilities
- Lead performance testing of AC/DC electrical systems at various levels.
- Use testing tools such as oscilloscopes and power meters to conduct tests.
- Generate and maintain detailed documentation and process flows.
- Collaborate with global electrical engineering teams on testing solutions.
- Communicate test results effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor other engineers and drive continuous learning.
- Engage with customers to ensure testing protocols meet their expectations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical or Electronic engineering.
- 5+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with 2+ years in testing.
- Hands-on experience with PCBA and Full Assemblies; rack-level experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with testing tools like oscilloscopes and power meters.
- Excellent communication skills for customer-facing roles.
- Experience in lab environments with safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
