Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in researching and data mining quality issues using Voice of the Customer (VOC) data.
- Retrieve test parts for quality investigations.
- Review and test the Quality Reference Guide (QRG) in vehicles.
- Help author Quality Information Reports (QIRs).
- Participate in vehicle quality evaluations.
- Ensure test vehicles are instrumented and ready for ride and drive activities.
- Collaborate on project-based assignments to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate and currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Interest in automotive engineering and/or the automotive industry.
- Strong organization and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, high integrity, and ethical behavior.
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
- Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2026.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship.
