Responsibilities
- Test and evaluate chassis, powertrain, and electrical concerns for new vehicle models.
- Investigate and support testing and evaluation of quality issues on Hyundai, Genesis, and Kia vehicles.
- Conduct field investigations to collect data during driving to identify concerns.
- Provide analysis and research results for lessons learned on current and future models.
- Benchmark competitive vehicles to research differences and improve vehicle systems.
- Conduct vehicle audits during developmental and post-launch stages.
- Create and present technical and weekly reports as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or a related field of engineering.
- Basic knowledge of chassis, powertrain, and electrical fundamentals.
- Ability to collaborate with other groups for test plans for quality tests.
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to perform additional projects as assigned.
- Interest in working in a global environment that fosters diversity.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
