Responsibilities
- Participate in plant tours, seminars, and networking events.
- Assist in programming automated inspection systems for data collection.
- Transfer data from testing systems to spreadsheets for analysis.
- Collaborate with quality engineers and technicians for daily coaching.
- Present project findings to plant managers and mentors at the end of the internship.

Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program.
- Completion of at least sophomore-level coursework.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Preferred enrollment in an engineering degree program (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical).
- Basic programming skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and prior internship experience preferred.
