Responsibilities
- Participate in the structured summer intern program including training and networking events.
- Engage in impactful projects that assist the company's quality initiatives.
- Program automated inspection systems for real-time data collection.
- Transfer data to spreadsheets for analysis to improve processes.
- Present projects to plant managers and mentors at the conclusion of the internship.
- Work full-time onsite for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
- Collaborate with the quality team for daily coaching and guidance.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program.
- Completion of sophomore level coursework from an accredited institution.
- Preferred: Enrollment in an Engineering degree program (various disciplines).
- Basic programming skills recommended.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
