Responsibilities
- Participate in plant tours and seminars.
- Engage in networking events and impactful projects.
- Present projects to plant managers and mentors at the program's conclusion.
- Assist in tool life capital improvement planning.
- Conduct design of experiment testing to improve tool life.
- Work full time onsite for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and technicians.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program in engineering.
- Completion of at least Sophomore level coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Basic programming knowledge is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
