Responsibilities
- Participate in plant tours, seminars, and networking events.
- Work on projects that add value to the business.
- Analyze work orders and inspection processes to identify defects and root causes.
- Support the creation of multi-panel inspection sheets.
- Review current inspection methods and recommend improvements.
- Present project outcomes to plant managers and mentors.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and technicians for daily coaching.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a bachelor's or graduate degree program in engineering.
- Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
- Basic programming skills recommended.
- Prior internship experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
