Responsibilities
- Lead and support engineering improvement projects (focused on TAT, HPU, margins, FPY).
- Support manufacturing operations and resolve technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain repair documentation and technical procedures.
- Drive repair process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Perform detailed CAD modeling and design for component repairs and modifications.
- Collaborate on automation and digital transformation projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
- 1 year engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- Product design experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience in a highly regulated and safety critical domain.
