Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and test electronic circuits and PBAs with a focus on high-speed digital design.
- Lead architecture definition and specification reviews with internal and external customers.
- Help evaluate and define technology and tool roadmaps.
- Define and improve standard processes and guidelines.
- Serve as an expert peer reviewer.
- Lead small electrical design teams.
- Mentor and coach junior level engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
- 10 years of computing architecture and high-speed digital design experience.
- Strong experience with Commercial and Military Aerospace Standards and Requirements (e.g., MIL-STD-461, DO-160).
- Knowledge of Digital Design standards and best practices.
- Extensive experience with circuit design and analysis tools (e.g., Siemens EDA DXDesigner, LTSpice).
- Ability to analyze quality metrics and improve quality, reliability, and robustness.
- Strong influence skills and ability to work with little supervision.
