Responsibilities
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to meet customer-specific quality requirements
- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor and evaluate risk mitigation measures
- Lead change management processes for product and process modifications
- Interpret quality data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Support Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams
Job Requirements
- Experience in Quality processes and concepts in the SAP Quality Module
- Prior experience working with SAP S4/HANA
- Bachelor's degree and experience in Business Operations and quality processes
- Certification or experience in problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to address quality issues promptly and effectively
- Knowledge of Quality Management concepts
- Work authorization for the United States (no sponsorship available)
