Responsibilities
- Support the Manufacturing Production Team to execute KPIs: Safety, Quality, Inventory, and Cost.
- Lead process optimization and equipment layout improvements.
- Develop manufacturing procedures and tooling concepts.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks through collaboration.
- Monitor key metrics and implement corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Create and maintain training materials for technicians and operators.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process development or industrial engineering.
- Strong knowledge of process flow and equipment layout.
- Experience in high-mix, low-volume environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles; Green Belt preferred.
- Work authorization to work for Hitachi Energy in the U.S.
