Responsibilities
- Support project planning and track hardware deliverables.
- Assist in translating design concepts into detailed designs.
- Contribute to prototype builds and early-stage production efforts.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in developing build processes and test setups.
- Support the development and execution of test procedures for flight hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program goals.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or related engineering field.
- Hands-on experience with physical hardware (internships, labs, project teams).
- Proven ability to design, build, and iterate quickly.
- Comfort with CAD, test equipment, and hand tools.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and GD&T fundamentals.
- Strong understanding of engineering first principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
