Responsibilities
- Coordinate Orion execution across various teams and functions.
- Maintain an integrated Orion-level plan while ensuring subunit owners manage their own commitments.
- Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
- Surface and escalate major technical decisions to the appropriate leaders.
- Drive coordination meetings and technical reviews.
- Track risks, blockers, and readiness gaps across the program.
- Build and scale the TPM function for the Orion program.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in program management, particularly in technical fields.
- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in tracking and managing project risks and dependencies.
- Familiarity with systems engineering and integration processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degree preferred.
