Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team for fuel cycle systems.
- Drive design risk reduction through collaboration with operations and R&D teams.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to define interface requirements and deliver integrated designs.
- Establish design excellence standards and robust processes for system design reviews.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable objectives and manage project planning.
- Mentor and grow engineering talent within the team.
- Ensure integration of chemical, mechanical, thermal, and fluid systems engineering.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
- Experience in designing and integrating pilot or commercial-scale systems.
- Proven ability to manage a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Strong mentorship skills with a record of developing engineers.
- Hands-on experience with relevant engineering systems.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with rapid changes.
