Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team for fuel cycle systems architecture and design.
- Drive design risk reduction through collaboration with operations and R&D teams.
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to define interface requirements and deliver integrated designs.
- Establish robust processes for design reviews and risk analyses.
- Manage project planning, schedules, and priorities for high-impact projects.
- Mentor engineering talent, fostering accountability and career development.
- Ensure hands-on familiarity with chemical, mechanical, thermal, and fluid systems engineering.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in designing and delivering pilot- or commercial-scale process systems.
- Proven experience managing a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Ability to balance design work, validation testing, and development projects.
- Strong mentorship skills with a record of developing engineers.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
