Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design and testing of HDD heads.
- Collaborate with wafer design and process teams.
- Validate and test new designs with the testing team.
- Present to customer groups on HDI programs and products.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.
- Ten years of experience in the HDD industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of HDI design and HAMR technology.
- Skills in ANSYS, MATLAB, Python, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel internationally quarterly.
