Responsibilities
- Generate circuit board schematics using Cadence OrCAD or similar tools.
- Apply engineering knowledge to design digital, analog, and mixed signal circuits.
- Work with automation components including motors, drives, sensors, and communication devices.
- Evaluate systems to determine electrical requirements and select appropriate components.
- Prepare documentation for manufacturing transfer and troubleshoot communication issues.
- Support the service department and provide quality assurance for ongoing projects.
- Stay current with technical innovations in electrical engineering.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in circuit design and familiarity with CAD tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits using various tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages and computer hardware.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and electrical enclosure certifications is a plus.
