Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for test engineering across the product and manufacturing lifecycle.
- Build, lead, and scale multidisciplinary test engineering teams.
- Establish and improve standardized test methodologies and infrastructure.
- Oversee the design and operation of test systems, facilities, and automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations leadership.
- Use test data to drive design, quality, and process improvements.
- Mentor senior technical leaders and develop organizational capability.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in test engineering or related technical leadership roles.
- Proven success in leading and scaling test organizations in hardware-focused environments.
- Experience with complex systems testing (development, qualification, acceptance).
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to build scalable, data-driven test processes.
- Experience in high-growth or rapidly scaling organizations.
- Background in partnering with manufacturing and operations teams.
