Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for test engineering.
- Build, lead, and scale multidisciplinary test engineering teams.
- Establish and continuously improve standardized test methodologies and infrastructure.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and operation of test systems and automation.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations leadership.
- Ensure testing aligns with program and business needs.
- Mentor senior technical leaders and develop organizational capability.

- Extensive experience in test engineering or related technical leadership roles.
- Success in leading and scaling test organizations in hardware-focused environments.
- Experience with various testing phases of complex systems.
- Ability to build scalable, data-driven test processes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
