Vice President, Test Engineering

The Vice President of Test Engineering will define and lead the organization's test engineering strategy across development, qualification, and production, focusing on building and scaling test organizations and processes to support rapid iteration while ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for test engineering.
• Build, lead, and scale multidisciplinary test engineering teams.
• Establish and improve standardized test methodologies and infrastructure.
• Oversee the design and operation of test systems and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to align test strategy with business needs.
• Ensure testing supports scalability and operational excellence.
• Mentor senior technical leaders and develop organizational capability.

• Extensive experience in test engineering or related technical leadership roles.
• Proven success in leading and scaling test organizations in hardware-focused environments.
• Experience with development, qualification, and production testing of complex systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build scalable, data-driven test processes.
• Background in supporting high-growth organizations.
• Knowledge of ITAR regulations for U.S. Government space technology export.
