Responsibilities
- Own customer profit and loss outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Lead and coach a cross-functional team of Manufacturing Engineers for timely and high-quality part delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and operational blockers.
- Identify and advocate for new internal capabilities based on customer needs.
- Design and implement scalable internal processes to support operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and engineering teams to execute strategies.
- Manage customer relationships and drive P&L results.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical, commercial, or program management roles in aerospace, defense, or related manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as Microsoft Office and manufacturing operations software.
- Experience managing programs for customers with Department of Defense or NASA contracts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain data analytics.
