Responsibilities
- Own customer profit and loss outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Lead and coach a cross-functional team of Manufacturing Engineers for timely part delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer issues and operational blockers.
- Identify and advocate for new internal capabilities based on customer needs.
- Design and implement scalable internal processes for operational excellence.
- Collaborate with factory, engineering, and software teams to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical, commercial, or program management roles in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive P&L results.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and manufacturing operations software.
- Experience with Department of Defense, NASA, or federal contracts is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain data analytics.
