Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design for advanced automated manufacturing robotic cells.
- Install, commission, and debug automation systems on the production floor.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical system and hardware issues.
- Develop standards, documentation, and procedures for scalable automation deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring production systems from concept to operation.
- Execute the Machining roadmap to scale Hadrian's operations.
- Perform risk assessments in accordance with safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or a related discipline.
- Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
- Experience designing and commissioning end of arm tooling and fixturing for industrial robotic applications.
- Strong skills in integrating sensors and pneumatic and mechanical components.
- Experience with material selection and finite element analysis for heavy robotic applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
