Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- Proven collaboration with design engineers on product development.
- Strong expertise in DFM and cost reduction strategies.
- Ability to lead complex projects in fast-paced settings.
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team-building skills.
