Responsibilities
- Develop new capabilities in programming, machining, workholding, and automation.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) for high-risk, high-return projects.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for product vision in Copilot software.
- Collaborate with Applications Engineering, CAM Operations, Software Engineering, and Robotics teams.
- Provide expertise in tooling, machine selection, and process engineering.
- Advise on machining challenges and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of CAM programming experience for aerospace parts.
- Proficient in operating CNC machines, including setup and tool management.
- Knowledgeable in various machining types, materials, and tooling applications.
- Proven track record in process engineering for complex parts.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering print reading.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with advanced machining techniques and software tools is a plus.
