Responsibilities
- Define and own the hardware systems engineering roadmap and strategy for the AI inference platform.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of hardware systems engineers.
- Provide technical leadership for hardware system development phases, including design and validation.
- Collaborate with silicon design, firmware, software, and operations teams for seamless product delivery.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the hardware development lifecycle.
- Lead architectural definition and trade-off analysis for complex hardware systems.
- Manage relationships with hardware component suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in hardware systems engineering.
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Deep expertise in custom silicon, architecture, and complex hardware system development.
- Experience with high-speed digital design and board-level design principles.
- Proven ability in hardware/software co-design and debugging.
- Familiarity with system validation and root cause analysis.
- Strong collaborative and innovative mindset with humility and a growth-oriented attitude.
