Responsibilities
- Define and own the hardware systems engineering roadmap and strategy.
- Lead architectural definition and trade-off analysis for complex hardware systems.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of hardware systems engineers.
- Collaborate with various teams for holistic system design and product delivery.
- Provide technical leadership for all phases of hardware system development.
- Lead design and validation of high-speed interfaces and power delivery networks.
- Establish robust reliability and qualification processes for hardware components.
Job Requirements
- 12-15+ years of experience in hardware systems engineering.
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Expertise in custom Silicon/ASIC/SoC design and integration.
- Experience with high-speed digital design and board-level design principles.
- Proven ability to debug complex issues at the SoC/board/firmware interface.
- Strong understanding of system validation and root cause analysis for SoC-centric problems.
