Responsibilities

  • Execute a total of four six-month assignments as per departmental expectations.
  • Provide periodic report-outs to Executive Management on results, impacts, and lessons learned.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, including Lean/Six Sigma training.
  • Attend training sessions based on assignment requirements and soft-skill development needs.
  • Solicit support and technical direction from Site Coordinator, Mentor, and peers.
  • Suggest design/process changes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and interpret technical information.

Job Requirements

  • BS Degree (or regional equivalent) in an Engineering discipline.
  • 0-2 years of related engineering experience (internship/Co-Op preferred).
  • Basic understanding of engineering practices, design methods, and calculations.
  • Strong learning agility and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical information.
  • U.S. Person status as defined by applicable law for ITAR compliance.
  • Willingness to comply with a drug screening and background investigation.
