Responsibilities
- Execute a total of four six-month assignments as per departmental expectations.
- Provide periodic report-outs to Executive Management on results and lessons learned.
- Support continuous improvement efforts, including Lean/Six Sigma training.
- Attend training sessions based on assignment plan requirements and soft-skill development needs.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in an Engineering discipline or regional equivalent.
- 0-2 years of related engineering experience (internship/Co-Op desired).
- Basic understanding of engineering practices, design methods, and calculations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical information and suggest design/process changes.
- Strong learning agility and communication skills.
- U.S. Person status required for authorized access to controlled data.
