Responsibilities

  • Execute a total of four six-month assignments as per departmental expectations.
  • Provide periodic report-outs to Executive Management on results and lessons learned.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, including Lean/Six Sigma training.
  • Attend training sessions based on assignment plan requirements and soft-skill development needs.

Job Requirements

  • BS Degree in an Engineering discipline or regional equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of related engineering experience (internship/Co-Op desired).
  • Basic understanding of engineering practices, design methods, and calculations.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical information and suggest design/process changes.
  • Strong learning agility and communication skills.
  • U.S. Person status required for authorized access to controlled data.
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace and successful completion of pre-employment screening.
