Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing electrical engineering team focused on camera hardware development.
- Drive early validation efforts and innovation strategies that shape the product roadmap.
- Oversee the design and development of camera circuits, RF systems, and display technologies.
- Define and suggest technology roadmaps for key components such as batteries and sensors.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive development efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers.
- Evaluate and validate new technologies and components for feasibility and scalability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in hardware development, particularly in consumer electronics and camera design.
- Proven experience managing engineering teams and working with international partners.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle from concept to mass production.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience with consumer camera SOCs and circuit design tools.
- Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing and embedded systems.
