Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive NPI deployment and quality transformation strategies for large-scale initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to integrate machine deployment improvement activities into program roadmaps.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness and business impact of strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Advocate change management for its integration into Hardware deployment and quality transformation.
- Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate goals to project stakeholders.
- Explain analyses and recommendations to executives and discuss technical tradeoffs with engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 10 years of experience in a systems design/development or manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Ability to customize communications based on the audience.
- Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production.
