Responsibilities
- Adopt and advocate AI-driven tools for predictive analytics on operational performance.
- Scope, phase, and lead complex, ambiguous cross-functional challenges.
- Identify friction points in the supply chain and design scalable frameworks to improve efficiency.
- Cultivate partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on technical decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior program managers.

- Ensure alignment across engineering, product operations, and leadership.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) project management.
- Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly processes.
- Experience in supply chain operations and procurement.
- Ability to manage cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and executive teams.
