Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for test development initiatives.
- Collaborate with test engineers and product managers to translate manufacturing test requirements into strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding manufacturing test development status.
- Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Drive test development initiatives related to the Google Cloud product roadmap.
- Work with design engineering teams to manage dependencies for test development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) for hardware products.
- 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in hardware environments (preferred).
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of software and hardware testing principles.
- Strong communication skills for technical discussions with engineers and executives.
