Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for test development initiatives.
- Collaborate with test engineers and product managers to understand manufacturing test requirements and translate them into test strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, addressing challenges to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive communication with internal stakeholders and partners regarding manufacturing test development status.
- Work with design engineering teams to manage dependencies for test development.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, communicating clearly with cross-functional partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing engineering for hardware products.
- 8 years of experience as a technical program manager in hardware development environments (preferred).
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in test engineering, with knowledge of software and hardware testing principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills to explain analyses and recommendations to executives and technical tradeoffs to engineers.
