Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for test development initiatives.
- Collaborate with test engineers and product managers to understand manufacturing test requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive communication with internal stakeholders regarding manufacturing test development status.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders for alignment on project goals.
- Manage dependencies for test development with design engineering teams.
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing engineering for hardware products.
- 8 years of experience as a technical program manager in hardware development environments (preferred).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Knowledge of software and hardware testing principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
