Technical Program Manager II, Regional Carrier Certification, Pixel

The Technical Program Manager II will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to carrier certification and launch of Pixel products, utilizing technical expertise to manage project schedules and communicate with cross-functional partners.

• Drive NPI and in-market program deliverables and collaborate with a team of program managers/engineers.
• Interface with various teams (eSIM, RF, hardware, software, certification, regulatory, business, operations, and marketing) to support carrier certification.
• Own sample management including planning, logistics, and deployment, ensuring packaging and label compliance for all Pixel devices.
• Prioritize tasks/projects and identify and resolve risks using business and technical judgment.
• Define, drive, and deliver carrier certification milestones.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with carrier certification and industry standards.
• Experience in hardware engineering, software integration, NPI/manufacturing, or consumer electronics.
• Experience in product launch technical readiness.
• Experience with Android or related OS and software release management.
• Experience in modem/telephony, radio systems, antenna design, or wireless communications technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G).
