Responsibilities
- Execute scope for cross-functional product development of new products and programs.
- Work with upstream and downstream partner teams across data centers, supply chain, and hardware/software operations.
- Lead project meetings, manage resources, budgets, schedules, and risk management.
- Support establishing programs within the team and adapt to rotating discipline areas.
- Ensure validation and verification of products align with key performance indicators.
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders.
- Provide status updates and manage overall communications plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
- Experience in Data Center facility and product design specifications.
- Ability to evaluate and manage risk of products and programs.
- Strong communication skills for discussing technical tradeoffs.
- Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and stakeholders.
