Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver program communications in collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Collect data relating to program progress and maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Author program charter addressing scope, timeline, OKRs, and resource requirements.
- Create a stakeholder map identifying those impacted by and influencing program outcomes.
- Triage technical bugs and feature requests with engineering stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.
- Manage project schedules and identify risks throughout the development process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in program management.
- Experience with hardware engineering or manufacturing engineering teams.
- Familiarity with product development phases from prototype to mass production.
- Preferred experience in the consumer hardware industry.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and executives.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with various teams.
