Responsibilities
- Act as the technical authority bridging internal teams with external partners (vendors).
- Own technical execution of major strategic rollouts and refine New Product Introduction (NPI) practices.
- Translate ambiguous scenarios into data-driven roadmaps and white papers.
- Partner with engineering leads to define system architectures and expand automated solutions using AI/ML.
- Lead by influence, mentoring team members and breaking down complex challenges.
- Drive consistency and quality from concept through global deployment to impact organizational OKRs.
- Provide executive visibility and technical authority across supply chain and engineering networks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management and robotics or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing a program portfolio and expanding hardware solutions.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience driving organizational change management and leveraging AI/ML technologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional partners and executives.
