Responsibilities
- Define and execute multiyear sourcing strategies for OEM hardware and SI partners, driving TCO optimization.
- Own and lead high-value commercial negotiations (MSAs, pricing, capacity) with strategic suppliers.
- Serve as the primary commercial owner for OEM/SI partners, fostering executive relationships and mitigating supply chain risks.
- Expertise in managing the complete hardware product lifecycle, including NPI strategy, technology transition planning, and End-of-Life (EOL) management.
- Manage supplier performance using KPIs/SLAs, lead QBRs, and ensure contractual adherence.
- Plan requirements with internal customers and manage project schedules.
- Communicate project analyses and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management within the technology or hyperscale industry.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- 10 years of experience managing OEM partnerships and system integration models.
- 7 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports.
- 5 years of experience in leading contract negotiations and developing supply chain risk mitigation frameworks.
- Experience supporting the GDC ecosystem or similar highly customized hardware deployment models.
