Responsibilities
- Perform technical evaluations and due diligence of market-available multi-tenant facilities for deployment of services and infrastructure.
- Manage power system challenges across the project lifecycle from concept design to commissioning.
- Identify and resolve issues raised by cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate data center designs based on program requirements and identify potential single points of failure.
- Interface with various teams to deliver electrical solutions for third-party data center projects.
- Prepare critical documentation including facility audits and total cost of ownership analyses.
- Provide technical leadership and support throughout the project life-cycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in mission-critical facility design and construction.
- 6 years of experience with electrical distribution systems from high voltage to branch circuits.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering or Business, Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and technical documentation preparation.
- Ability to demonstrate fluency in design software for electrical power systems.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30% of the time).
