Responsibilities
- Drive material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase to production hand-off.
- Identify and communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans for NPI builds.
- Liaise with Original Device Manufacturing (ODM)/Contract Manufacturer (CM)/Suppliers, managing project budgets and driving strategic buffers.
- Develop and document a global supply chain map for each product, including suppliers and logistics.
- Update project schedules, communicate status and risks, and drive initiatives for process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure success in product launches.
- Represent the NPI Supply Chain organization in internal program meetings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in driving NPI for hardware programs or electrical manufacturing builds.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Familiarity with hardware bill of materials (BOMs) and assembly/test processes.
- Experience in supply/demand planning.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
