Responsibilities
- Drive material and supply chain readiness for all NPI builds from concept phase to production handoff, partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and communicate supply chain risks and mitigation plans to ensure materials readiness for NPI builds.
- Liaison with Original Device Manufacturing (ODM)/Contract Manufacturer (CM)/Suppliers, managing project budgets and driving production risk buys.
- Develop and document a global supply chain map for each product, detailing suppliers and logistics.
- Update project schedules, communicate status and risks, and represent the NPI Supply Chain organization in internal meetings.
- Drive initiatives and process improvements to enhance team scalability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, and other teams to launch new products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) for hardware programs.
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Familiarity with hardware bill of materials (BOMs) and assembly/test processes.
- Experience in supply/demand planning.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
