Responsibilities
- Develop time-phased, material-level supply plans over short- to mid-term horizons to meet OEM and hardware demand.
- Oversee the process of generating, releasing, and managing OEM purchase orders and coordinating material availability.
- Work with OEM partners to understand and model manufacturing and component capacity constraints.
- Partner with engineering and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to ensure smooth transitions from pilot production to mass production.
- Own, track, and report on key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate/service level and forecast accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management and hardware manufacturing.
- Experience with data analysis and supply chain planning.
- Familiarity with ERP or planning systems, such as SAP or Kinaxis.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
