Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional NPI Program teams within Google Cloud and external partners.
- Plan and execute NPI operations development activities to ensure successful transitions from NPI to production.
- Manage Manufacturing Ramp readiness with internal teams and external partners.
- Drive cross-functional teams to optimize product operations and supply chain for the Google Cloud Product Roadmap.
- Communicate project requirements and schedules to stakeholders.
- Advocate for operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure all products meet Google's quality and manufacturing requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in NPI Operations and manufacturing operations.
- Preferred 5 years of experience in hardware and manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs) and process documentation.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional or cross-team projects.
