• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in NPI Operations and manufacturing operations.
• Preferred 5 years of experience in hardware and manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs) and process documentation.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate effectively.
