Responsibilities
- Review designs using DFM/DFA fundamentals for manufacturable and scalable products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective designs and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in supplier technical evaluations and product qualification planning.
- Conduct root cause corrective action (RCCA) for mechanical parts and assemblies.
- Create, review, and approve bills of materials (BoM) and engineering change orders (ECO).
- Work on high volume and complex parts to oversee yield improvements and cycle time reductions.
- Plan and execute projects with cross-functional teams ensuring technical excellence.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5 years of experience assembling electro-mechanical products.
- Experience with fabrication processes such as sheet metal, injection molding, and CNC.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks) and GD&T.
- Excellent technical program management and communication skills.
- Preferred Master's degree in Engineering.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.
