Responsibilities
- Review designs using DFM/DFA fundamentals to develop manufacturable and scalable products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective designs and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in supplier technical evaluations and product qualification planning.
- Create, review, and approve bills of materials and engineering change orders.
- Oversee yield improvements and cycle time reductions for complex parts.
- Plan and execute projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure technical excellence in hardware manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical products.
- Experience with fabrication processes such as CNC, injection molding, and metal stamping.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) and GD&T.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Preferred Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work with global partners and cross-functional teams.
