Responsibilities
- Review designs using DFM/DFA fundamentals for manufacturable and scalable products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective designs and manufacturing processes.
- Participate in supplier technical evaluations and product qualification planning.
- Work with the Product Data Management team to create and approve bill of materials and engineering change orders.
- Oversee yield improvements and cycle time reductions for high volume parts.
- Plan and execute projects with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure technical excellence in collaboration with global partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical products.
- Experience with fabrication processes such as CNC, welding, and injection molding.
- Proficiency in mechanical design and 3D CAD tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks).
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Excellent technical program management and communication skills.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Engineering and experience overseeing manufacturing processes.
