Responsibilities
- Develop chip-to-chiller steady-state and transient models for performance optimization.
- Investigate next-generation mechanical systems and emerging cooling technologies.
- Create system-level concepts and schematic designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate proposals factoring in Capital Expenditure (Capex) and utility consumption.
- Author technical documentation and white papers to present research findings.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10 years of experience with mechanical infrastructure systems.
- Proficiency in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and energy modeling software.
- Experience with design, commissioning, and testing of cooling/heating/power generation systems.
- Preferred: PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Proficiency in Python and other relevant software tools.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas effectively.
