Responsibilities
- Lead reviews between Design and Operations Engineering to ensure deliverables for manufacturing plans.
- Provide support for pre-production builds and ensure factory readiness.
- Lead technology assessment for new products and influence design decisions.
- Collaborate with Quality and Reliability Engineers to establish production goals.
- Validate product qualification plans and support reliability testing.
- Drive yield bridge analysis to improve product quality.
- Gather feedback on build issues and provide product debug training.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 8 years of experience in developing supply chains in manufacturing and test.
- Experience with ODMs and contract manufacturers for hardware in data centers.
- Familiarity with high-speed optical and copper network infrastructure design.
- Experience with Python/SQL scripting.
- Understanding of CMOS devices and fabrication processes.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
