Responsibilities
- Implement scalable intake-to-delivery workflows for predictive demand planning.
- Serve as the primary decision-maker for inventory distribution during constrained periods.
- Oversee the physical and digital custody of the hardware fleet, including logistics and recalls.
- Act as the single point of contact for Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Infrastructure teams to resolve blockers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to manage project schedules and risks.
- Build strategic infrastructure to support Engineering and Product teams.
- Communicate progress and deadlines clearly with stakeholders across multiple offices and time zones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in hardware logistics, supply chain, or technical program management.
- Strong operational mindset focused on data integrity and process automation.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage priorities across stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
