Responsibilities
- Lead the hardware design on a system or sub-system of a data center hardware product.
- Bring up systems and execute engineering validation in the lab.
- Gather requirements, define high-level architecture, and execute hardware design and product validation.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, product, and deployment teams to productize designs and provide field support.
- Drive product from concept to production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree.
- Relevant academic, internship, work, or personal project experience in Hardware or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with industry standard CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.
- Knowledge of Electrical Engineering fundamentals and PCB fundamentals.
- Preferred: Master's degree in a related field and experience with consumer hardware projects.
- Proficiency in professional-grade CAD tools and understanding of Design for Manufacturability principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
