Responsibilities
- Lead site selection and Sustained Operational Readiness Assessments (SORA).
- Ensure cross-functional requirements in data center operations are met.
- Provide technical support for critical work activities.
- Guide site teams on commissioning processes and procedures.
- Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) initiatives.
- Mentor site personnel to drive improvements and provide feedback.
- Manage data center performance issues during emergencies.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related technical field.
- 10 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or controls in an industrial/commercial environment.
- Experience in mission-critical environments like data centers.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs and work in various conditions.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems typical of data centers.
- Familiarity with high-voltage electrical substations.
