Responsibilities
- Lead site selection and operational readiness assessments in assigned areas.
- Ensure cross-functional requirements related to data center operations are consistently met.
- Act as a resource and mentor for site personnel to drive improvements.
- Provide technical support for critical work activities.
- Guide site teams on commissioning processes and retesting requirements.
- Conduct Quality Assurance/Quality Control initiatives and provide program-level support.
- Manage data center performance issues and outages to minimize recovery time.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience; Bachelor's preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or controls in industrial/commercial environments.
- Experience in mission-critical environments such as data centers.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs and work in non-standard hours.
- Knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with high-voltage electrical substations is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop cost-reduction strategies.
