Responsibilities
- Support Advanced Manufacturing Engineers in developing manufacturing process solutions and capabilities.
- Strategize the implementation of manufacturing processes into established production and capacity planning.
- Develop manufacturing documentation in support of New Product Introduction.
- Establish and maintain manufacturing and quality processes and standards for new technologies.
- Collaborate with design and cross-functional engineering teams to identify value engineering opportunities.
- Work closely with manufacturing partners on build readiness and process validation.
- Solve design and manufacturing issues efficiently to meet project timelines and ensure successful NPI launches.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with SMT and box build manufacturing processes.
- 5 years of experience performing DFx using tools such as valor and allegro.
- Experience in project engineering and overseeing NPI operational readiness.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to drive root cause analysis and continuous process improvements.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
