Responsibilities
- Contribute to the electrical design and validation of hardware phone products, focusing on digital interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to transition designs from concept to production.
- Review factory test requirements and assist in software bring-up for mass production.
- Travel on-site to manufacturers to ensure successful design build and testing.
- Contribute to the development of design tools and lab validation tools.
- Execute electrical engineering tasks related to sub-system design.
- Perform circuit signal integrity simulation and collaborate with PCB/Flex CAD teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Experience in an engineering lab through internships or educational projects.
- Knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power regulation and hardware debugging.
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
- Excellent investigative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a related field and knowledge of embedded systems and communication protocols.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
