Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing process solutions for complex problems.
- Implement production planning from concept through to production.
- Create and maintain Program Quality Plans.
- Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing process development.
- Continuously improve production processes through Lean initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience with NPI, start-up facilities, and manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of quality system models like ISO9000, AS9100.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Must comply with US export compliance regulations.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately <5% of the year).
