Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing process solutions to complex problems.
- Implement production planning from concept to production using Zero Defect Manufacturing tools.
- Manage product development and first article development.
- Create and maintain Program Quality Plans and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing process development and integration.
- Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in aerospace.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and work transfer in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000 and AS9100.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- US Person per US DOD & ITAR regulations.
- Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
