Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing process solutions to complex problems.
- Implement production planning from concept to production, ensuring high process capability.
- Oversee product development, first article development, and configuration changes.
- Create and maintain Program Quality Plans, performing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support manufacturing process development and integration for production.
- Continuously improve production processes by implementing Lean initiatives.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related engineering field.
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in aerospace.
- Knowledge of quality system models such as ISO9000, AS9100, or D1-9000.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
- Familiarity with NPI (New Product Introduction) and work transfer in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
