Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to engineers and technicians during the assembly of transit buses.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain high-quality outputs.
- Perform root cause analysis and design processes to support manufacturing.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Develop and improve production processes for efficient manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Engineering industry.
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and electrical hand tools.
- Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and testing.
- Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Service (DFS).
- Familiarity with vehicle automation and control systems.
