Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to engineers and technicians during the assembly of transit buses.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and design processes to support manufacturing.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Develop and improve production processes for efficient manufacturing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Engineering industry.
  • Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and electrical hand tools.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting, assembly, and testing.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Service (DFS).
  • Familiarity with vehicle automation and control systems.
