Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Perform root cause analysis and design processes for heavy-duty transit buses.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to achieve better resource utilization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet project milestones.
- Ensure manufacturability of designs and enhance production efficiency.
- Develop and improve production processes for reliable manufacturing.
- Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) input to design teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Engineering industry.
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and hands-on troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of electrical drawings.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and lean principles.
- Experience with component suppliers and product validation engineers.
- Good knowledge of vehicle automation and control systems.
