Responsibilities
- Design, build, and qualify mechanical assemblies for Special Test Equipment (STE).
- Own mechanical design for RF switching drawers and FPGA drawer chassis.
- Create unit transportation carts, vibration plates, and EMI/EMC bulkheads.
- Utilize mechanical CAD software (CREO, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed project goals.
- Manage responsibilities and adapt to increasing complexities in projects.
- Support professional development and maintain organization in tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Science/Mathematics field.
- Proficiency in mechanical CAD software (CREO, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Experience with RF-shielded assemblies and sheet metal enclosures.
- Understanding of RF connector interfaces and related specifications.
- Familiarity with general test equipment (power supplies, multimeters, etc.).
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage increasing responsibilities.
