Responsibilities
- Collaborate on hardware design from requirements analysis to integration and testing.
- Manage layout constraints and support printed wiring board (PWB) layout.
- Design high-speed circuit cards incorporating embedded processors or FPGAs.
- Ensure designs meet Electromagnetic Compliance (EMC) standards.
- Utilize Mentor tools Suite for schematic entry and constraint management.
- Lead design teams for complex projects with innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively to drive innovation and secure buy-in on concepts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
- 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
- Understanding of hardware development processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience with advanced materials and packaging techniques in circuit card design.
