2026 Summer Intern - Production Technology Automation

This internship role focuses on supporting the Equipment and Automation department, which is responsible for the reliability and efficiency of automated systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Interns will work on engineering documentation, data analysis, and implementation of automation projects.

• Develop and update engineering documentation including specifications and technical instructions.
• Assist in data analysis related to fleet performance and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of small automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the deployment, commissioning, qualification, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
• Collaborate with team members on impactful projects in biotechnology.
• Optimize technology used in drug manufacturing.
• Engage in knowledge management using AI tools.

• Must be pursuing or have attained a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and ability to interpret technical documents.
• Demonstrable programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Interest in industrial automation and control systems.
